Enwize / WIZRD

An industrial AI and AR/VR platform for maintenance operations, deployed on the factory floors of tier-1 enterprises.

01The context

Heavy industry runs on knowledge that lives in a few experienced heads. When a machine fails, or a senior technician retires, that knowledge is hard to reach. WIZRD captures maintenance procedures as interactive 3D and AR, so any technician can follow an expert-grade procedure at the machine.

02What I own

I lead product and creative direction across the platform: a Studio with authoring, manager, and user apps, plus real-time 3D visualization of industrial equipment.

  • Own the roadmap and prioritize with RICE, driven by customer feedback and product-usage data from industrial users, aligning AI features to what actually moves adoption and ROI.
  • Translate messy operational problems into precise, testable requirements for a distributed client/server product across web, mobile, and headset.
  • Built automation workflows (N8N and cloud APIs) that remove repetitive manual steps and feed decisions with structured data.
  • Introduced AI-assisted prototyping (Claude Code, Cursor) so specs become working demos in hours; lead and align a cross-functional team of developers, 3D designers, and QA, driving decisions without direct authority.

03Deployed with

The platform has been deployed by tier-1 enterprises including Israel Electric Corporation, BAZAN, and Israel Railway, with 3D and visualization work delivered for industrial clients such as Ham-Let and CET.

Why this matters for an AI PM role

This is enterprise product management at the technical end: distributed client/server systems, requirements for a complex domain, automation pipelines, and stakeholder work with demanding industrial customers. It is where I learned to define correctness before writing a line of spec.
